Experience Refund Policy

From the moment you commit to the Work Hard Play Hard Experience, our work begins on customizing your travel including booking your hotels, experiences, customizing gifts, travel agencies etc…

Refunds: There are no refunds, full or partial, of the Work Hard Play Hard Experiences. However, if you submit, in writing that you are unwilling to attend an experience more than 90 days prior, we will extend you an additional trip that must be used in the following calendar year. If you can not make the trip within 90 days of the departure date, you will forfeit the trip, gifts and experiences.
