Today’s Topic: Our 5 Favorite Health Hacks

Welcome to the Work Hard Play Hard 12 Days of Christmas countdown! We’re approaching the end of the year and getting focused on our goals and what we want to do in 2020, so I’m replaying the interviews that I think have had the most impact. 

Kim and I are OBSESSED with health and feeling our best, so in this episode, we wanted to share several of our favorite health hacks. Both of us have tried just about everything, some things worked and some didn’t. By adding what we share today into our daily routine, we have both noticed drastic changes in our own personal health and wellness. 

We talk about:

  1. Adaptogens: what they are + what they do
  2. Bone broth + its gut health impact 
  3. Fasting + the different styles you can try 
  4. Bedtime belly buster: what it is + why you should do it
  5. Sleep + creating more of it 

As always, the health hacks that we use are the ones that work for us. Before adding or changing up your routine, consult with your doctor.
