Today’s Topic: Eating for health from the inside out
Kim and I have been guinea pigs for a lot of different diets. Right now I eat keto style and fast for 16 hours a day whereas Kim fasts for 24 hours once every week or two. In this episode we talk about the benefits of fasting (it’s great for gut health and losing body fat) plus Kim tells us her views on bacon – particularly the non-organic kind.
