Today I am joined by Raj Sisodia, a founding member of the Conscious Capitalism movement, and a Distinguished Professor of Global Business and Whole Foods Market Research Scholar in Conscious Capitalism at Babson College. Raj is also the Co-Founder and Chairman Emeritus of Conscious Capitalism Inc., and an overall well known thought-leader. I wanted to have Raj on the show because of his wordly business mindset and how the different environments he’s lived in add to how he runs his businesses and life. This episode will absolutely leave you thinking differently about the way you approach business.

In This Conversation We Cover:

  • [:54] Growing up in India and what he learned from that environment
  • [4:26] The overwhelm of India
  • [7:16] Raj’s transition to Capitalism
  • [12:26] Not bringing pain into someone’s heart
  • [14:37] Writing Conscious Capitalism with the CEO of Whole Foods
  • [18:26] His love for singing + shifts in his mindset
  • [22:38] Rapid fire with Raj

Hi, I’m Rob!

Hi, I’m Rob! It has been said “You are not what you have learned, but what you’ve overcome.”

I have overcome my share of obstacles in order to architect the life of my dreams and uncover the key to lasting, meaningful success. Growing up in Queens (literally on the wrong side of the tracks), my early years were tumultuous, marked by hardship and violence.
