Today’s Topic: Finding An Extra TEN HOURS In Your Week


Today Kim and I are talking about how you can find and create an extra 10 hours in your week. Don’t we all need that? Finding extra time during the week looks differently for each stage of life you’re in, but that doesn’t make it any less possible. Kim and I are sharing the different ways that you can find an extra 10 hours throughout your week to put towards what matters most to you.

In this episode, you will learn…

  1. Make a list of the things you’d love to do in your life if you had an extra 10 hours
  2. Write out all the days of the week and what you do each day
  3. Assign a point value to each item 1-5, but not using 4. Now, mitigate out as many 1’s and 2’s
