Today’s Topic: How To Eliminate Automatic Negative Thoughts


In today’s minisode we are talking about eliminating those pesky negative thoughts that so easily get in our minds, clouding our better judgement. I’ve learned a new approach from Dr. Amen, and I want to share that with you today.

  1. Ask yourself the what is negative thought that’s coming in?
  2. How do you feel when you believe that thought?
  3. Who would you be, or how would you feel if you never had that thought?
  4. Take the original thought and flip it to the opposite.
