Today Kim and I are talking about our top 5 healthy strategies we are implementing this year. This isn’t some B.S. resolution, this is us really stepping into things we want and need to change. As we share our top five today, we are also going to share why each of these are so important to us.

Our top 5 Health Strategies:

  1. Eating less animal products
  2. Training
  3. Better sleep
  4. More minerals
  5. Gut health
