Today’s Topic: Our 5 Favorite Health Hacks

Kim and I are OBSESSED with health and feeling our best, so on today’s episode, we wanted to share several of our favorite health hacks. Both of us have tried just about everything, some things worked + some didn’t. By adding what we share today into our daily routine, we have both noticed drastic changes in our own personal health + wellness.

We talk about:

  1. Adaptogens: what they are + what they do
  2. Bone broth + its gut health impact
  3. Fasting + the different styles you can try
  4. Bedtime belly buster: what it is + why you should do it
  5. Sleep + creating more of it
